沙田欣廷軒2房議價後以$610萬獲承接

中原地產-侯惠良經理表示，日前促成沙田欣廷軒座高層E室，單位實用面積396平方呎，建築面積529平方呎，2房間隔，叫價約$690萬，3月時減至$638萬，日前議價後以$610萬獲承接，實用面積平均呎價$15,404。

據了解，新買家為上車客，見單位價錢吸引，間隔合用，即承接單位自用。據了解，原業主於2011年以約$372萬購入單位，持貨約14年，是次轉手賬面獲利約$238萬離場，期內升值約64%。
