世紀21奇豐物業愉翠苑分行經理楊麗娟表示，該行新近促成沙田愉翠苑成交，單位為愉廉閣(Q座) 高層06室，實用面積663平方呎，3房2廳間隔，座向西南望市景，放盤1個月速獲承接，叫價628萬，減$42萬或減幅6.7%，成交價$586萬(居二市場價) ，實用面積呎價$8,839。

據了解，原業主於2001年8月以$156.3萬(未補地價) 購入上址，持貨24年至今將單位沽售，賬面獲利$429.7萬，單位期內升值近2.8倍。
