單位放盤時叫價$730萬，放盤約7個月後獲買家洽詢，最終累減$62萬，以$668萬成交，減幅約8.5%，折合實用呎價約$12,212。

資料顯示，原業主於2009年11月以$338萬購入，持貨逾15年，是次轉手帳面獲利$330萬，升值幅度約98%。
