沙田帝堡城2座低層E室2房戶減至$633萬沽出升值約1.3倍

世紀21奇豐物業第一城分行高級分行經理袁麗詩表示，該行近日促成沙田帝堡城一宗二手成交，單位以$633萬易手，較原叫價$668萬減價$35萬，減幅約5.2%。

成交單位為帝堡城2座低層E室，實用面積547平方呎，採2房2廳間隔，座向南面望內園景。成交價折合實用呎價約$11,572。

據了解，原業主於1998年10月以$273.5萬購入單位，持貨近26年，帳面獲利$359.5萬，期內升值約1.3倍。
