沙田帝堡城減$78萬至$660萬成交單位期內升值1.3倍

世紀21奇豐物業愉翠苑分行經理楊麗娟表示，該行新近錄得沙田帝堡城2座高層A室成交，單位實用面積547平方呎，屬2房間隔，座向北面，望山景，放盤3個月，叫價$738萬，獲買家洽購，減$78萬，減幅10.6%，以$660萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$12,066。

據了解，原業主於1998年11月以$279.1萬購入上址，持貨26年至今沽售，賬面獲利$380.9萬，單位期內升值1.3倍。
