沙田好運中心2房議價後以$408萬獲承接

中原地產沙田市中心分行區域營業董事黎宗文表示,整體交投氣氛正面,日前促成沙田好運中心柏林閣(C2座)低層H室,單位實用面積326平方呎,建築面積426平方呎,2房間隔,去年開價約$500萬,日前議價後以$408萬獲承接,實用面積平均呎價$12,515。

據了解,新買家為上車客,見屋苑環境舒適,單位間隔合用,即承接單位自用。據了解,原業主於2011年以約$238萬購入單位連車位,持貨13年,是次易手賬面獲利約$170萬離場。單位期內升值約71.4%。
