沙田好運中心2房議價後以$408萬獲承接

中原地產沙田市中心分行區域營業董事黎宗文表示，整體交投氣氛正面，日前促成沙田好運中心柏林閣(C2座)低層H室，單位實用面積326平方呎，建築面積426平方呎，2房間隔，去年開價約$500萬，日前議價後以$408萬獲承接，實用面積平均呎價$12,515。

據了解，新買家為上車客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位間隔合用，即承接單位自用。據了解，原業主於2011年以約$238萬購入單位連車位，持貨13年，是次易手賬面獲利約$170萬離場。單位期內升值約71.4%。
