中原地產沙田豪宅沙田廣場分行副區域營業經理劉俊杰表示，大圍名城10月暫錄9宗成交，屋苑最新錄一期3座高層SA室成交，建築面積903平方呎，實用面積679平方呎，3房連套房間隔，於施政報告公布前夕，放匙盤即日內，議價後以$998萬易手，折合實用呎價$14,698。

據了解，新買家為用家，見屋苑交通便利，亦有大型商場及會所，生活配套完善，即入市單位自用。原業主則於2010年以$707萬買入單位，持貨14年，是次易手獲利約$291萬離場，單位期內升值約41.2%。
