沙田偉華中心2房議價後以$1.5萬租出

中原地產新界東豪宅富豪山峯組分行經理許秋偉表示，暑假期內，租賃市場持續活躍，沙田偉華中心最新錄１座中層C室，單位實用面積308平方呎，建築面積417平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$1.55萬，議價後以$1.5萬租出，實用面積平均呎租$48.7。

中原許秋偉指，新租客為2名內地女學生，新學年將於浸大升學，見屋苑交通方便，配套完善，即以先付一年租金形式租入單位自住，方便上學。據了解，業主於2023年以約$475萬買入單位，是次租出單位可享約3.8厘租金回報。
