沙田中心A1座中層2房累減$22萬以$438萬沽出

中原地產沙田豪宅大圍站分行區域營業經理敖國偉表示，沙田中心錄本月首宗，分行剛成交東寧大廈(A1座)中層A室，實用面積288平方呎，建築面積357平方呎，2房間隔，附有靚裝修，望開揚內園景觀，放盤時叫價約$460萬，議價後以$438萬將單位沽出，折合平均實用呎價$15,208，累減$22萬。

中原敖國偉指，原業主於2013年2月以$350萬買入單位，持貨10年，賬面獲利$88萬，單位期內升值約25.1%。
