樂富嘉強苑$355萬成交持貨25年帳面升值$240

世紀21富山地產聯席董事劉倩彤表示，新近售出為樂富嘉強苑A座低層05室，單位實用為407平方呎，2房，向北享內園景觀，剛以居二市場價$355萬成交，實用面積平均呎價為$8,722。

據了解，單位業主放盤4個月，原叫價$380萬，最終減價$25萬成交。由於原業主早於1998年以$115萬購入至今，持貨25年帳面升值$240萬，期間市值勁升約2.1倍。
