樂富唐樓聯合大樓減價$28萬至$122萬獲承接

世紀21富山-劉倩彤董事表示，剛促成位處樂富聯合道的舊式唐樓聯合大樓，剛成交為低層H室，單位實用面積為180平方呎，開放式設計望園景單位，新近以$122萬成交，實用面積平均呎價為$6,778。業主於4個月前才以$150萬放售，最終減價$28萬成交，減幅約19%成功售出單位。

原業主於2010年僅以約$57萬購入至今，持貨15年帳面升值$65萬，期間升值逾1.1倍。
