業主加租廣告女皇都頂唔住？林明禎上環舊居加13%租出

本港住宅租金持續高企，連廣告女皇都頂唔住？市場消息透露，位於上環皇后大道西的尚瓏高層A室，實用面積428平方呎，2房連約200平方呎平台，原本開價3.5萬元，經過議價後以每月3.4萬元租出，相當於每平方呎租金約79元。

該單位曾於2023年初以每月3萬元的價格租給藝人林明禎，代理透露，林明禎已搬離該單位，業主隨後將租金提升13%，成功以更高價格租出。業主於2021年以約1968萬元購入此屋，目前的租金回報率約為2厘。

林明禎為馬來西亞演員、模特兒及歌手，早年於台灣發展，2020年轉戰香港，在港發展近5年，共有6部電影上映，亦拍了至少數十個廣告，成為新一代的廣告女皇。
