柏傲莊III再錄取消交易累計490宗佔已售單位近6成

新世界與港鐵合作發展的大圍站柏傲莊III，早前因混凝土強度問題需拆卸重建，影響部分買家的信心，近日再多一宗取消交易個案，自2021年8月以來，項目已累計約490宗取消交易，佔總售出單位約845伙的58%。

根據最新的成交紀錄，取消交易的單位為第1A座28樓E室，面積為475平方呎，原於2021年6月以963.1萬元成交，相當於每平方呎20,200元。

此次取消使得柏傲莊III自2021年8月以來，累計取消交易數目達490宗。

柏傲莊III原計劃於今年3月完工，但由於混凝土強度問題，新世界去年表示經認可人士審核後，預計關鍵日期已推遲至2026年3月27日。

2021年7月，新世界因柏傲莊III混凝土不達標準，宣佈第1座及第8座需進行拆卸重建，同時發展商會提供四項賠償方案予買家，包括額外津貼和利息補償等措施。
