日出康城領凱10座右翼中層3房減價後以$776萬成交

美聯物業將軍澳區域營業董事劉卓豪表示，日出康城領凱本月暫錄約2宗買賣成交，成交單位為領凱10座右翼中層B室，實用面積684平方呎，屬3房1套間隔，內櫳企理，原叫價$938萬，先後經過6次減價，終以$776萬成交，累減$162萬，減幅17%，折合實用呎價約$11,345。

資料顯示，原業主於2011年10月以$506.9萬承接，是次轉手帳面獲利$269.1萬，升值約53%。
