美聯物業屯門城點分行(3)首席高級營業經理周麗萍表示,該行促成新屯門中心成交,單位為1座低層C室,實用面積462平方呎,建築面積555平方呎,2房間隔,原開價$560萬,累減至$526萬獲承接,實用面積平均呎價$11,385,建築面積平均呎價$9,477。

 

據了解,原業主於2011年11月$173.5萬購入上述物業,是次轉手帳面賺$352.5萬,持貨超過10年,物業升值逾2倍。
