新屯門中心高層3房以月租$1.48萬租出業主享租金回報率高達3.6厘

祥益地產區域董事黃慶德表示，分行日前錄得一宗新屯門中心8座高層D室租賃成交，實用面積603平方呎，3房，日前獲專才人士垂青。租客鍾情單位為高層戶，廳房景觀可望開揚河景，加上有感內籠企理及相當寬敞，每位家庭成員擁獨立私人空間，而且租客工作地點為機場，表示屋苑有直達機場巴士前往工作地點，遂便決定以月租$1.48萬租入，實用面積平均呎租為$24.5。

黃氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估價約$488萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.6厘。
