元朗錦繡花園本月暫時錄得3宗成交，比上月的9宗放緩，中原地產新界北豪宅第四分行副區域營業經理劉喜燕表示，最新成交為C段1街單號屋，實用面積1,100平方呎，2月放盤時叫價1,550萬元，經議價後最終以1,200萬元轉手，平均呎價約10,909元。

新買家為一名父親，指樓價近日已累積不少跌幅，認為該單位價錢合理，裝修企理，又附設大花園，於是為女兒入市上車。原業主於2014年以838萬元購入單位，持貨10年轉手，賬面賺362萬元，物業升值43.2%。

錦繡花園可說是獨立屋的重鎮，是不少人上車買「屋仔」的首選；28Hse現時共有68個盤放售中，當中最細的入門級屋仔，實用面積840呎起，3房2廁間隔，入場費僅800萬元起，比很多屋苑的分層單位還要便宜。
