長沙灣Belgravia Place第1期今日推售24伙頂層戶，據悉，由同一組買家大手掃入，涉資逾1.66億元，屬撤辣至今市場最大宗大手掃貨個案。

據成交紀錄冊顯示，上述24伙位於1A座29樓及1B座29樓全層，實用面積198至756平方呎，成交價391萬至2,018.6萬元，呎價18,344至26,967元，涉資共逾1.66億元。買家全採用建築期付款計劃購入該批單位，涉833.6萬，如提前成交，最多可獲3%現金回贈。

據樓市消息指，Belgravia Place的最新單位銷售或將刷新過去六年來樓市新盤掃貨的紀錄。這次的交易以單位數量來看，可能是自2017年12月西營盤瑧蓺案例以來最大的一宗。回顧上一次的大宗交易，發生在約六年前，當時一名公司客戶在西營盤瑧蓺斥資超過2.1億元，一口氣購入25個單位。
