康怡花園3房640萬沽勁賺6球長情業主40年Strong Hold 升值12倍

港島藍籌屋苑鰂魚涌康怡花園，近日錄得一宗長情業主沽貨大賺個案。利嘉閣地產逸樺園分行聯席董事吳玉蘭表示，成交單位為康怡花園D座高層13室，實用面積596平方呎，3房間隔，享開揚東南山景。

吳玉蘭表示，新買家為區內客，心儀單位望柏架山的景致及實用的間隔，加上原業主有意回流資金，願意在價格上讓步，單位最初標價為700萬元，經過議價後，最終以640萬元成交，略低於市價，呎價約10,738元。

原業主於1984年以約48.735萬元購入該單位，持有逾40年，帳面賺591萬元，升值12倍。
