康城領都8R座極高層3房戶$750萬筍價承接升值約15%

美聯物業將軍澳康城首都分行高級分區營業經理梁傑表示，毗鄰日出康城的將軍澳跨灣大橋以及將藍隧道於12月11月正式通車，周邊交通更趨完善吸引更多買家睇樓入市。該行新近促成日出康城領都3房戶交投，上述成交單位為日出康城領都8R座極高層D室，屬於3房套間隔，實用面積664呎，單位四正企理，加上受惠將軍澳跨灣大橋及將藍隧道通車效應帶動，故獲外區用家垂青，加快拍板以$750萬筍價承接，實用呎價$11,295。參考大型銀行網上估價達$930萬，故成交價較估價低約$180萬或約2成。他補充，買家本身居於觀塘市中心屋苑的2房戶，打算升級換3房，加上有感區內交通更趨完善，故選擇遷入日出康城。

資料顯示，原業主於2015年6月以$650萬購入上述單位，是次轉手帳面獲利$100萬，單位升值約15%
