平過深圳｜822呎全海景單位開價2球呎價低過$2,500 屋苑去年捲爭議事件

被稱為「避世天堂」的大嶼山澄碧邨，不時都有筍盤出現在拍賣市場，其中一個位於20座高層A室的業主盤，實用面積822平方呎，2房套連儲物室，並享有壯觀的全海景，開拍價200萬元，比市價270萬元低約70萬元或26%方呎約為2,433元，甚至比深圳更低。

代理指，由於這個單位的開價吸引，再加享有全海景，已經有不少潛在買家查詢，單位將於下周三（3月5日）在假忠誠拍賣行開拍。

澄碧邨（Sea Ranch）位於大嶼山芝麻灣半島，由和記黃埔發展，1979年入伙。這個私人屋苑一直以「隱世」聞名，吸引不少退休人士或喜歡遠離煩囂的人士居住，其「隱世」更成為港產片《緣路山旮旯》的題材！

不過，屋苑去年出現了爭議事件，多個單位被業主改建成外勞宿舍，引起居民不滿，指外勞進駐使屋苑治安和衛生變差，亦影響供水穩定、電力安全。
