帝柏海灣2座高層2房戶成交價$950萬升值約2%

美聯物業奧運站帝峯皇殿分行高級區域經理關穎賢表示，施政報告為專才來港人士提供「先免後徵」置業稅項安排，有內地專才透過該行入市帝柏海灣，2房單位成交價950萬。

上述成交單位為帝柏海灣2座高層G室，實用面積473呎，屬2房間隔，內櫳企理，加上價錢合預算，吸引一直有入市打算的內地專才承接自用，成交價$950萬，折合實用呎價約$20,085。

據悉，原業主於2017年8月斥資約$930萬購得，是次轉手帳面獲利$20萬，升值約2%。
