峻瀅二期1座高層2房減價約$56萬後以$582萬成交

香港置業將軍澳海悅豪園分行市務經理 (銷售)莊家豪表示，該行剛促成一宗峻瀅二期2房戶的買賣成交，售出單位為峻瀅二期1座高層H室，實用面積約513平方呎，屬2房間隔，向南望山景及海景，原業主以約$638萬放盤，雙方經議價後減價約$56萬，以約$582萬成交，實用呎價約$11,345。

資料顯示，原業主於2021年6月以約$800萬購入上述單位，是次轉手帳面虧損約$218萬，單位貶值約27.3%。
