屯門香港黃金海岸減價$16萬至$502萬成交

世紀21天生-鄭少坤董事表示，該行新近促成屯門香港黃金海岸9座低層A室，實用面積680平方呎，單位屬於3房連主人套房間隔，座向西南園景，獲同區用家洽購，業主於兩星期前才放售單位，原叫價為$518萬，終以$502萬成交，期間僅減價$16萬，實用面積平均呎價$7,382。

鄭少坤指，原業主於1995年3月購入上址，當時作價$300萬，持貨30年至今轉售，賬面賺$202萬，單位期內升值67%。
