屯門雅德苑累減$98萬至$1,132萬連車位承接

世紀21天生置業營業董事鄭少坤表示，該行新近促成屯門雅德苑1座高層A室，實用面積1,761平方呎，建築面積2,148平方呎，屬3房套連工人房間隔，座向西南，望部份海景，放盤原叫價$1,230萬，累減$98萬，終獲買家以$1,132萬連車位承接，實用面積平均呎價$6,428。

鄭少坤續指，原業主於1997年6月以$958萬購入上址，持貨約27年至今轉售，賬面獲利$174萬，單位期內升值18%。
