祥益地產高級客戶經理陳阿麗表示，屯門邁亞美海灣屬優質屋苑之一，日前該分行促成一宗買賣成交個案。

陳氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為5座中層H室，實用面積431呎，兩房一廳。新買家為區內客，熟悉區內環境，而且單位內籠企理四正，加上業主有議價空間，累積減價$300萬至$360萬，新買家有感樓價可以承擔，遂便決定「即睇即買」上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算呎價為$8,353。
