祥益地產-盤嘉茵董事表示，日前屯門邁亞美海灣錄得1座高層A室成交，實用面積784平方呎，4房，日前獲屋苑換樓客垂青。該買家鍾情上述屋苑周邊配套方便完善，因此有意物色同屋苑大單位，有感上址為同屋苑內罕有單位，不單擁4間睡房，更附露台，而且廳房飽覽全海景觀，相當優質，加上原業主由放盤價$728萬不斷下調累減$50萬，新買家遂便決定升級自住物業，並「一炮過」以$678萬購入上址，實用面積平均呎價為$8,648。
