祥益地產 - 邱家邦董事表示，屯門邁亞美海灣屬區內優質屋苑，日前該行促成一宗買賣成交個案，原業主於2007年以約$100萬購入，現轉手帳面升值3倍。

成交單位為5座高層A室，實用面積431平方呎，屬2房1廳間隔。新買家為區內客，因原居所空間不足，計劃購置2房單位，並鍾情該屋苑質素優良，房廳均享避風塘景觀。原業主有意換樓，為加快出售進度，當場減價$20萬至$400萬，剛好符合「100元印花稅」門檻。新買家見單位符合預算，遂決定承接，成交實用呎價約$9,281，屬市價成交。
