屯門豫豐花園3座低層299實呎戶分支家庭「零議價」以$1.2萬承租

美聯物業屯門 - 瓏門分行高級分區營業經理曾祥聰)表示，區內租賃交投持續，該行最新錄得屯門分支家庭「零議價」，以月租$1.2萬承租屯門豫豐花園299實呎戶。

曾祥聰表示，成交單位為屯門豫豐花園3座低層B室，實用面積約299平方呎，屬兩房間隔。據悉，單位早前以$1.2萬放租，獲區內分支家庭「零議價」承租，實用呎租約$40。

資料顯示，業主於2018年以$412萬購入單位，以是次租金計算，租賃回報約3.5厘。
