屯門豫豐花園2房以月租$9,500租出租金回報率為2.8厘

祥益地產高級分行經理古文彬表示，成交單位為屯門豫豐花園6座高層G室，實用面積450平方呎，2房一廳，日前獲區內客租入。該租客鍾情單位附設企理裝修連大部份傢電，毋須大量添置即可入住，而且業主考慮到租客預繳一年租金，因此減租$1,000，租客有感租金吸引加上屋苑附會所設備，遂便決定以月租$9,500，合共涉資$11.4萬承租單位，實用面積平均呎租為$21.1。

古氏續稱，若以同類型單位現時的銀行估值約$411萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率為2.8厘。
