祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示，日前屯門豫豐花園錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為13座中層H室，實用面積361呎，兩房一廳，日前獲區內客垂青。該買家鍾情單位附設企理裝修，加上客廳及房間均擁內園泳池景觀，而且有家人居住同屋苑，日後方便互相照應，上述買家遂便決定以$348萬購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$9640。
