屯門豫豐花園高層連天台3房戶468萬易手帳面虧蝕約$192萬

祥益地產 - 古文彬經理表示，屯門豫豐花園近日錄得一宗區內換樓客的買賣成交，單位為高層連天台特色戶，實用面積568平方呎，屬三房間隔。單位早前以$598萬放盤，原業主累減$130萬後，最終以$468萬成交，實用呎價約$8,239。

新買家原本居住於兩房單位，因空間不足決定換樓，見該單位內籠企理、實用面積較大，且擁有天台及完善物業管理，遂決定承接作自住用途。資料顯示，原業主於2021年以約$660萬購入單位，是次轉手帳面虧蝕約$192萬。
