祥益地產高級分行經理古文彬表示，日前促成屯門豫豐花園13座低層D室，實用面積567平方呎，3房。租客為三位來港就讀的內地生，鍾情屋苑鄰近學校，往返十分方便，而且單位內附企裝並設有三個房間，各人都可擁有私人空間，遂便決定月租$1.5萬租入及預繳一年租金，實用面積平均呎租$26.5。

古氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估價約$438萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達4.1厘。
