屯門豐連1座高層2房戶區內客月租$1.6萬「即睇即租」

祥益地產區域董事袁思賢表示，日前促成一宗屯門豐連之租賃成交個案，是次租客為區內客，該單位的租金回報率高達3.8厘。

袁氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為1座高層E戶，實用面積567呎，兩房兩廳。據悉，租客為區內客，主要鍾情該屋苑鄰近家人居所，方便日後互相照應，而且單位內附雅裝以及齊備傢電，毋需大量添置即可入住，遂便決定以月租$1.6萬「即睇即租」上址，以實用面積計算呎租為$28.2。

袁氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估值約$508萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.8厘。
