屯門豐連1座中層1房戶同屋苑客以$1.1萬「即睇即租」

祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示，屯門豐連鄰近屋邨商場，如寶怡商場、盈豐商場及建生商場等均只需步行2至5分鐘路程。日前分行促成一宗屯門豐連「即睇即租」的租賃成交個案，該單位的租金回報率高達3.2厘。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為1座中層G室，實用面積302呎，一房一廳。據了解，租客屬同屋苑客，由於原居所空間不足，故轉租入一房間隔單位，考慮到熟悉該區環境，而且搬遷方便，加上業主有$500的減價空間，租客遂便以$1.1萬「即睇即租」，以實用面積計算呎租$36.4。

黃氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估價約$407萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.2厘。
