祥益地產區域董事黃慶德表示，成交單位為屯門豐景園2座中層2室，實用面積339平方呎，2房，據悉，租客為區內短租客，由於原居所需進行裝修工程，因此短租三個月，鍾情屋苑方便往返原居所視察裝修進度，而且單位附有企理裝修及傢電俱全，租客考慮到區內可供短租樓盤短缺，遂便決定以月租$1.2萬租入，並一次過繳清租期內的租金，實用面積平均呎租$35.4。

黃氏續稱，如以現時同類型單位的銀行估價約$337萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達4.3厘。
