屯門置樂花園2房$1.03萬租出租金回報率高達3.3厘

祥益地產執行董事盤嘉茵表示，日前分行錄得一宗屯門置樂花園4座高層A室，實用面積449平方呎，2房間隔。據了解，租客為內地客，主要鍾情屋苑鄰近小朋友上學地點，方便接送，而且由屯門區前往內地關口十分便利，加上單位內籠企理附部分電器，業主更有$1,700的議價空間，租客遂便決定以月租$1.03萬「即睇即租」，實用面積平均呎租$22.9。

盤氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估值約$377萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.3厘。
