美聯物業深井 - 黃金海岸分行首席高級營業經理鍾百圖表示，睇樓客入市態度積極，銀主盤亦迅速錄得成交。該行最新錄得屯門掃管笏緹岸的一個實用面積312呎的銀主盤，以不足「3球」沽出，成交價僅$290萬。

鍾百圖指出，成交單位為屯門掃管笏緹岸2A座中層B室，實用面積約312平方呎，配置為1房，面向南，享有園景。該單位為銀主盤，銀主1個月前以叫價約$300萬放盤，現減叫價約$10萬，最終以$290萬被區內首置客承接。實用呎價不足$10,000，僅約$9,295。
