屯門碧翠花園25座低層3房戶區內客以$660萬連雙車位承接

世紀21天生置業高級客戶董事黃偉祺表示，該行新近促成屯門碧翠花園成交，單位為25座低層A室，實用面積884平方呎，採3房套連工人房間隔，座向西南望園景。物業放盤時叫價$750萬，累減$90萬，減幅12%，最終獲區內客以$660萬連雙車位承接，實用面積呎價$7,466。

據了解，原業主於2010年6月購入上述單位，當時作價$358萬，其後於2018年9月以$750萬內部轉名，持貨14年至今轉售，預料獲利甚豐。
