屯門碧翠花園海景戶獲同區用家以$628萬連車位承

世紀21天生置業-鄭少坤董事表示，該行新近促成屯門碧翠花園成交，單位為23座低層A室，實用面積889平方呎，採3房間隔，座向南面望園景及部份海景。物業放盤時叫價$660萬，累減$32萬，減幅4.8%，最終獲同區用家以$628萬連車位承接，實用面積平均呎價$7,064。

據了解，原業主於2002年11月購入上述單位，當時作價$212萬，持貨逾22年至今轉售，賬面獲利$416萬，單位期內升值約2倍。
