屯門盈豐園獲區內客以月租$1.1萬短租3個月

祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示，日前屯門盈豐園1座中層A室，實用面積390平方呎，2房一廳，日前獲區內客垂青。據了解，租客的原居所即將裝修，因此需要物色租盤暫住3個月。由於雙方租期可以配合，加上單位鄰近原居所，方便搬遷及視察裝修進度，遂便決定「即睇即租」，以月租$1.1萬承租單位並一次過繳付期內租金，實用面積平均呎租為$28.2。

黃氏續稱，若以現時同類型單位的銀行估值約$427萬作計算，該單位的租金回報達3.1厘。
