屯門田景邨10座低層2房戶買家以$100萬(未補地價)購入

祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示，日前屯門公屋田景邨錄得一宗區內綠表客的買賣成交個案，原業主於2013年以約$24.3萬(未補地價)購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約$75.7萬。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為10座(田樂樓)低層19單位，實用面積355呎，日前獲區內綠表客垂青。據悉，買家目標清晰，集中尋找$100萬左右的單位，同時鎖定區內的公屋，主要鍾情單位價格符合預算，加上買家原本亦居於同區，毋需重新適應環境，而且屋苑生活配套完善，遂便決定以$100萬(未補地價)購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$2817。
