屯門田景邨低層累減$60萬以未補地價$95萬沽

祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示,日前屯門公屋田景邨錄得一宗區內首置客的買賣成交個案,所錄成交單位為10座(田樂樓)低層43室,實用面積349平方呎,開放式間隔,累積減價達$60萬,買家遂便決定以$95萬(未補地價)購入上址作自住之用,以實用面積計算平均呎價為$2,722。

原業主於2016年以約$29.8萬(未補地價)購入單位,是次轉手帳面獲利約高達$65.2萬。
