祥益地產區域董事袁思賢表示，屯門站上蓋物業瓏門日前錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案，原業主於2022年以約$1318萬購入單位，是次轉手帳面虧蝕約$258萬。

袁思賢稱，上述所錄成交單位為2座中層H室，實用面積約67平方米，三房一廳連套廁加士多房，日前獲區內客垂青。據了解，買家一直居於市中心，有意轉換居住環境，故指定要物色瓏門的單位。鍾情單位客廳及房間均擁開揚市鎮公園及河景，加上原業主計劃套現換樓，由放盤至今累積減價達$240萬，而且屋苑屬區內優質物業，上述買家遂便決定以$1060萬購入上址作自住之用，實用面積計算呎價$14661每平方米。
