屯門瓏門行政花園樓層$1.6萬獲承租

祥益地產區域董事袁思賢表示，日前促成一宗屯門瓏門行政花園樓層租賃成交，實用面積465平方呎，2房一廳，日前獲區內客以月租$1.6萬承租，實用面積平均呎租為$34.4。該租客鍾情單位附設企理裝修，配備部份傢電，加上屋苑為鐵路上蓋物業，設有大型基座商場，同時亦鍾情發展商品牌，質素有保證，上述租客遂便拍板承租單位。

袁氏續稱，若以同類型單位現時的銀行估值價約$657萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達2.9厘。
