祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示，日前屯門珀御錄得一宗區內首置客的買賣成交個案，原交單位為高層D室，實用面積476平方呎，日前獲區內租客垂青，該買家有感該區配套不俗，因此一直物色周邊屋苑，鍾情單位附設發展商裝修及傢電齊備，免卻裝修煩惱及支出，加上樓齡新及擁私人會所設施，而且業主已經移民，為加快出售進度，累積減價達77萬，新買家有感單位價格吸引，遂便決定以$513萬購入上址作自住之用，實用面積平均呎價為$10,777，屬低市場價成交。
