屯門海翠花園1座中層2房戶獲區外客以$450萬買入

祥益地產區域董事邱家邦表示，日前屯門海翠花園錄得一宗區外客的買賣成交個案，原業主於2007年以約$134.8萬購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約高達$315.2萬。

邱氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為1座中層B室，實用面積521呎，兩房一廳，日前獲區外客垂青。買家心儀單位客廳及房間均擁無敵海景，屬罕有放盤的優質戶，加上單位亦為同類型放盤中最平，可謂絕無僅有的筍盤，上述買家遂便決定以$450萬購入上述單位作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$8,637。
