屯門海景花園2房海景戶獲投資者以$298萬承接

世紀21天生置業高級客戶經理凌嘉豪表示，該行新近促成屯門海景花園成交，單位為8座中層C室，實用面積582平方呎，建築面積820呎，屬2房間隔，座向西南，望海景，附設企理裝修。物業以$440萬放盤，獲投資者以$298萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$5,120，低於市價24%。

該單位的最新成交價與匯豐銀行的網上估值$393萬相比，低出約$95萬，即低出約24%。

據了解，原業主於2008年1月購入上述單位，當時作價$109萬，持貨16年至今轉售，賬面獲利$189萬。
