屯門景新臺1座高層2房戶$357萬成交減價達$23萬

祥益地產區域董事袁思賢表示，屯門景新臺日前錄得一宗區內首置客的買賣成交個案，原業主於2008年以約$97.5萬(居二市場價)購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利高達約$259.5萬，單位升值逾2倍易手。

袁氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為1座高層G室，實用面積484呎，兩房一廳，日前獲區內首置客垂青。買家為「白居二」中籤者，鍾情單位客廳及房間均擁開揚景觀，加上原業主計劃套現換樓，故增加議幅累積減價達$23萬，而且屋苑樓齡較新，可承造高成數及較長年期的按揭，上述買家遂便決定以$357萬(居二市場價)購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$7376，屬市場價成交。
