祥益地產-古文彬經理表示，成交單位為屯門景新臺1座低層A室，實用面積669平方呎，3房，日前獲區內客垂青。據了解，買家為「白居二2023」中籤者，由於家人居於屯門紅橋一帶，故要求物色鄰近屋苑以方便照應，而買家去年取得購買證後開始睇樓，惟一直未遇到心儀單位。上述單位今年年初以$440萬放盤，原業主有心賣樓，累積減價達$25萬，買家見價格符合預算，決定趁「購買資格證明書」到期前趕上「尾班車」，以$415萬(居二市場價)購入上址作自住之用，實用面積平均呎價為$6,203。
